DEA and other region-specific restricted items cannot be custom packaged through Aldrich® Market Select. If items are requested that are restricted due to governmental, handling, or shipping regulations, we will not provide a quote on these items.

Yes, Aldrich® Market Select provides custom selected screening libraries. You can request custom libraries based on a variety of technical and financial properties. Contact us at ams@milliporesigma.com to arrange a discussion of your screening library product needs.

Not currently, however, we can provide a daily inventory file to customers with whom we have a data sharing agreement. Contact ams@milliporesigma.com to coordinate.

When searching for compounds and reviewing the search results, the lead time will always be shown. In some cases, the total stock amount will also be displayed. For in-stock products, lead times typically range from 2 to 21 days, with the upper limit often indicating that the product is located outside the US. If you request a manually prepared proposal, lead times will also be included. Our dedicated team of project managers is available to assist you and clarify the availability of in-stock items.

Quotations & Ordering

For optimal results, please provide a product identifier such as an MDL #, structure, or CNC ID #, along with an SD file or SMILES notation. We can also accept CAS # or vendor and product # as inputs. Additionally, please include the quantity and amount, as well as any special packaging or labeling requirements. Providing information in formats such as PDF files, Word documents, embedded structures, and names is not recommended, as it may lead to delayed responses or necessitate further contact for clarification.

Inquiries are typically quoted within 24-72 hours. This varies depending on the complexity and size of the request.

This can vary based on the longest lead time among the products ordered. The lead time will be provided in the quotation.

Yes, you can request multiple shipments to receive products as they become available. Please inform us at the time an order is placed.

Aldrich® Market Select fills in 1mg to 1g amounts. We can also weigh stoichiometric amounts (mmol) of sets of compounds or building blocks.

The minimal quantity that Aldrich® Market Select can custom package is 1mg.

Note: The amount of information that can fit on a label depends on the vial and label size.

Yes, Aldrich® Market Select will provide a “box map” with location and product information for every shipment. When applicable, Aldrich® Market Select can provide custom formatted structure files (SDF format) to accommodate your data requirements.

The standard vials used are 4mL or 8mL clear glass vials with PTFE-lined solid screw caps. We can also package in customer-supplied vials or purchase vials to meet a customer’s requirements. There is no fee to package standard vials or customer-supplied vials; however, there will be a packaging fee for specialized vials we need to procure for a customer. (Matrix plates, microwave vials, amber vials, and clear vials with septa caps are examples of some other vials used.)

Yes, Aldrich® Market Select provides DMSO solvation and other custom sample formatting through a network of third-party providers. Our goal is to draw upon our partners’ expertise to provide your samples formatted to your specifications in the most cost-efficient and timely manner. Due to the complexity of the project, the timelines for quotations are extended. Please contact ams@milliporesigma.com  to coordinate most efficiently.
